KFO 880 is a 100% synthetic defoamer with good foam control characteristics for a variety of food processes and especially effective in fermentation. The Components of KFO 880 meet FDA requirement for use in egg washing and potato processing defoamers as dispersing aid for mineral oil at a limit of 10 ppm in the processing water followed by a potable water rinse. The ingredients have also been determined by FDA to be suitable for enzyme processing based on a request from the Enzyme Technical Association. This product is manufactured at an FSMA-compliant facility with GFSI recognized food safety certification.
