KMULSE 6211 is an ester derived from vegetable oils designed for use in yeast processing, applicable as a yeast emulsifier and brightener in bag and block yeast extrusion. KMULSE 6211 is manufactured with food grade ingredients under Good Manufacturing Practices.KMULSE 6211 is in compliance with 21 CFR 172.856 and can be used without limitation in all food uses under Good Manufacturing Practices. No determination has been made that the components can be used as optional ingredients in any food product that is subject to a FDA food standard.
