FOAM BLAST 06241 is a non-silicone, food grade defoamer that is designed to have improved water dispersibility especially effective in potato processing. FOAM BLAST 06241 can be used in both hot and cold processes. FOAM BLAST 06241 is manufactured from food grade ingredients under Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) complying with 21 CFR 173.340 when followed by a potable water rinse.
