FOAM BLAST® DPT-NGM

FOAM BLAST DPT-NGM is a non-silicone, non-GMO, food grade defoamer that controls foam in various food processes. It is extremely effective in food processing where high starch and protein content are present. FOAM BLAST DPT-NGM is especially effective in the extraction of protein from soybean and other seeds because of its foam control over the pH range of 2 – 12 and provides a significantly higher degree of foam control in many systems compared to traditional 10, 20, and 30% silicone emulsion defoamers. This product is manufactured at an FSMA-compliant facility with GFSI recognized food safety certification.
