FOAM BLAST DHS is extremely effective in food processing where high starch and protein content are present. It is especially effective in the extraction of protein from soybean and other seeds because of it’s foam control over the pH range of 2-12 providing a significantly higher degree of foam control in many systems. This product is manufactured at an FSMA-compliant facility with GFSI recognized food safety certification.
