FOAM BLAST® 80239

Opaque yellow liquid

FOAM BLAST 80239 is a silicone enhanced defoaming agent especially effective in potato processing, and can be used in both hot and cold processes. FOAM BLAST 80239 is manufactured from food grade ingredients under Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) complying with 21 CFR 173.340 when followed by a potable water rinse and is limited to a maximum usage of 140 ppm for most uses.
