Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary Logistics Assistant. In this role, you will support the logistics team with day-to-day operations, including coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth supply chain processes. This is a temporary position designed to provide essential support during peak periods or special projects.

 


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Import / Export shipping coordination

    • Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring warehouse service provider perform according to KPIs established.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and filing of documentation
    • Monitor shipping schedules and update stakeholders on the status of deliveries.

Inventory Management and Administrative Support:

    • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
    • Prepare and file reports, including shipment logs and inventory summaries.
    • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues or discrepancies

Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient operations.
    • Support the logistics team in implementing process improvements.
    • Provide ad hoc support as required by supervisors or managers.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent in logistics or supply chain preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
