Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Import / Export shipping coordination

- Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments and ensuring warehouse service provider perform according to KPIs established.
- Ensure accurate data entry and filing of documentation
- Monitor shipping schedules and update stakeholders on the status of deliveries.
Inventory Management and Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
- Prepare and file reports, including shipment logs and inventory summaries.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues or discrepancies
Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Support the logistics team in implementing process improvements.
- Provide ad hoc support as required by supervisors or managers.
