There are 2 lessons in this module.
The first lesson on Foam Control Trial Evaluation Preparation describes the process for preparing potential customers to evaluate DyStar Foam Control’s products at pilot or full-scale production levels. The goal is to use the data obtained through sampling and lab testing to obtain all necessary approvals required to bring DyStar products into a customer’s facility for a trial. This process is intended for use after a suitable product has been identified through conversations with the customer and on-site product performance screening.
The second lesson on Transitioning New Customers to DyStar Products describes the process for transitioning new customers to DyStar foam control products. The goal is to collect all necessary information and perform any qualifying tests with the customer for new account creation in DyStar’s systems. Following the customer onboarding processes minimizes any delays due to incorrect product recommendation, regulatory non-compliance, order processing, order fulfillment, invoicing, and receiving payment for products.
