Dianix® XF2 dyes offer excellent level of wet fastness & sublimation fastness and are suitable for exhaust and continuous dyeing as well as printing on polyester and polyester blends.
All Dianix XF2 dyes have been designed to offer excellent wet fastness performance on critical fabrics, particularly on polyester microfiber and polyester/elastane blends. They are able to meet the most demanding Retailer & Brands specifications for high wet-fast outlets, whilst taking into account the requirements of the relevant RSL’s with their clean eco profile. The dyes are fully compliant with Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex® and are bluesign® approved. All dyes are free of organic chlorine and Dianix Yellow XF2, Dianix Yellow Brown XF2, Dianix Red XF2, Dianix Deep Red XF2, Dianix Rubine XF2, Dianix Blue XF2 and Dianix Turquoise XF2 are AOX-free. The Dianix XF2 dyes are characterized by good compatibility in exhaustion & diffusion for best Right-First-Time dyeing of ternary shades at 135/130 °C and furthermore they show good build-up to dark shades.
Dianix Yellow XF2 offers an alternative to Dianix Flavine XF. It has a reddish shade and therefore is a cost saving option in ternary shades as well as good reproducibility on polyester, polyester/elastane and polyester/cellulosic blends. Along with very good wet and light fastness, it offers excellent sublimation fastness with good build-up properties. It is universal applicable in exhaust dyeing, continuous dyeing and printing with the highest level of wet and sublimation fastnesses. Dianix Yellow XF2 is AOX-free, meets relevant Restricted Substance Lists (RSL), is bluesign approved, and is in full compliance with Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex.
Dianix Yellow Brown XF2 sets a new performance standard for polyester/elastane blends. It shows superior build-up properties and wet fastness performance compared to dyes based on C.I. Disperse Brown 19 on polyester/elastane blends. It has superior sublimation fastness compared to other commonly used high wet fastness Yellow Brown and Orange disperse dyes and shows excellent results in the Nike® storage migration test. Unlike products based on C.I. Disperse Brown 19, Dianix Yellow Brown XF2 is AOX-free.
Dianix Red XF2 is a cost-effective bright Red based on new patented chemistry. It shows excellent build-up to heavy shades on polyester, polyester/elastane and polyester/cellulosic blends. The fastness performance is close to the commonly used dyes based on benzodifuranone chemistry in that shade area but with the advantage of much more cost-effectiveness. Dianix Red XF2 can be applied in exhaust dyeing, continuous dyeing and printing. It is AOX-free.
Dianix Deep Red XF2 is a cost-effective Deep Red based on new patented disperse dye chemistry for cherry, red and wine shades as well as combination dyeings. It shows good build-up to heavy shades on polyester and polyester blends. Dianix Deep Red XF2 offers excellent wet and sublimation fastnesses. On polyester/elastane blends it shows much superior build-up and wet fastness performance compared to dyes based on Dianix Deep Red SF chemistry. It can be universally applied in exhaust dyeing, continuous dyeing & printing and is AOX-free.
Dianix Rubine XF2 is based on new cost-effective disperse dye chemistry which offers excellent wet-fastnesses on polyester & polyester blends. It has superior pH stability, contact fastness and sublimation fastness compared to the commonly used C.I. Disperse Red 376. Dianix Rubine XF2 shows good build-up on polyester/elastane blends at a dyeing temperature of 130 °C and is AOX-free.
Dianix Royal XF2 combines excellent wet fastness and highest sublimation fastness on polyester and blends with an outstanding & unique brilliant royal blue shade. It has a universal application in exhaust, continuous and printing with the highest level of wet and sublimation fastness and is recommended to dye at 135 °C, but good build-up at 130 °C up to approx. 1.5/1 standard depth. It is suitable for dyeing polyester, polyester/elastane and polyester/cellulosic blends and has superior reduction stability compared to dyes of type Dianix Blue XF. Dianix Royal XF2 meets relevant Restricted Substance Lists (RSL), is bluesign approved, and is in full compliance with Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex.
Dianix Blue XF2 is a bright reddish Blue dye with high wet-fastness. It offers improved wet fastness and superior sublimation fastness on polyester and polyester/elastane blends compared to C.I. Disperse Blue 284. Dianix Blue XF2 shows much less staining on acetate adjacent in washing tests compared to C.I. Disperse Blue 284. The reduction stability is similar to C.I. Disperse Blue 284. Dianix Blue XF2 is AOX-free.
Dianix Turquoise XF2 is a cost-effective bright Turquoise. It is universal applicable in exhaust dyeing, continuous dyeing and printing with excellent build-up to heavy shades on polyester and polyester/cellulosic blends. It offers excellent wet and sublimation fastness and shows very good results in the Nike storage migration test. Dianix Turquoise XF2 is AOX-free, meets relevant Restricted Substance Lists (RSL), is bluesign approved and is in full compliance with Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex.
Dianix Dark Blue XF2 is a high wet fast Navy with superior reduction stability compared to Navies based on C.I. Disperse Blue 284. The shade and metamerism is close to Navies based on C.I. Disperse Blue 284 which makes it easy to match existing shades based on these potentially more expensive Navies. It shows improved wet fastness and sublimation fastness compared to Navies based on C.I. Disperse Blue 284. The shade on polyester/elastane stays close to the shade on polyester which makes color matching easier on this blend. Dianix Dark Blue XF2 is free of organic chlorine.
Dianix Navy XF2 offers high wet fastness in heavy Navy shades and superior reduction stability compared to Navies based on C.I. Disperse Blue 284. It shows improved wet fastness and sublimation fastness compared to Navies based on C.I. Disperse Blue 284. The shade on polyester/elastane stays close to the shade on polyester which makes color matching easier on this blend. Dianix Navy XF2 is free of organic chlorine.
Dianix Black XF2 / Dianix Black XF2 300% / Dianix Black XF2 Liquid offer high wet fastness and sublimation fastness on polyester and polyester/elastane blends. They show superior reduction stability compared to Blacks based on C.I. Disperse Blue 284. They have superior build-up properties and in general superior wet fastness performance on polyester/elastane blends compared to former generation Blacks and the shade stays close to the shade on polyester which supports faster color matching on this blend. Dianix Black XF2 / Dianix Black XF2 300% / Dianix Black XF2 Liquid provide excellent results in the Nike storage migration test. They are free of organic chlorine.
